Pre-Press begins with a meticulous review of your files. Pre-flighting incoming files involves aptitude for technical solutions that require inventiveness and tenacity – our pre-press technicians are up to the task. Your file is examined to ensure there are no potential problems.  Your project is then entered into our workflow system where the file is imposed, trapped, and screened.

A proof is then produced and submitted for approval. The type of proof varies depending upon the requirements of the project but can include electronic proofs (PDF), low resolution two sided proofs (“bluelines”), and high resolution G7 verified inkjet proofs, as well as Prinect Remote Proofing. After proof approval, our pre-press team either makes plates for an offset press on our CTP devices or sends the file direct to a digital press.
